The Wolf Foundation was established in 2007 to help make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with  disabilities. Gifts to the Foundation go directly to providing critically needed, yet unfunded, opportunities that provide support to people who need it. 

Each year The Wolf Foundation responds to requests from CDS Monarch to help fund areas of need. Grant requests are reviewed by The Wolf Foundation Board of Directors.

Historically, The Wolf Foundation has helped fund CDS Monarch's Special Olympic athletic program, the new Aquatics Center at the Wolf Life Transitions Center and necessary improvements to several CDS Monarch residences.
