Brigadier General Gary Cheek Visits CDS

Brigadier General Gary Cheek and his Warrior Transition Command Team visited CDS’ Warrior SALUTE    Program on Wednesday, April 28^th to learn more from program clinicians and participants about services being provided to service members returning from war.

BG Cheek visited in November to explore the capabilities CDS had to help wounded Service Members with clinical and vocational services.  Since his visit, he has been working to  develop a pathway for Service Members with Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder type injuries to be referred to CDS’ new Warrior SALUTE Program as part of their overall treatment and rehabilitation progression.
