United Way Designations

Guy and Joyce LaChiusa’s daughter, Suzanne, has participated in CDS’ Webster Creative Opportunities Program for more than 20 years. With gratitude for the care she receives, the LaChiusas make a yearly gift to CDS as their way of giving back. They wish to share their reason for giving as encouragement for other families to consider making a gift to the upcoming Fall appeal from the CDS Foundation.

United Way Designations

CDS receives United Way funds through the Donor Designation process, wherein individuals complete a special designation form and indicate the CDS Agency #0427. Simply request a donor choice designation form from your employer (or call us), and fill in #0427 under Choice Three of the form. This is a convenient way to support programs and services offered by CDS. You can make a difference! Thank you.
