Guy and Joyce LaChiusa’s daughter, Suzanne, has participated in CDS’ Webster Creative Opportunities Program for more than 20 years. With gratitude for the care she receives, the LaChiusas make a yearly gift to CDS as their way of giving back. They wish to share their reason for giving as encouragement for other families to consider making a gift to the upcoming Fall appeal from the CDS Foundation.

The Life Estate Contract

Give your house or farm, but continue to live there for the rest of your life
